Rob has been driving Model A Fords since he was 9 years old. He began driving Model A’s as daily work vehicles on local farms and on the dirt roads throughout Simsbury, Connecticut’s tobacco fields. Over the years, Rob has owned and rebuilt many types of Model A’s. He has driven his 92-year-old coupe named “Washington Blue” throughout the Eastern US. He currently owns and maintains a 1930 standard, rumble-seat coup and a Canadian-made 1929 Roadster. His garage is filled with memorabilia and signs from the 1920’s and 1930’s along with trophies from the many shows and cruise-ins attended. Rob estimates he’s driven his Model A’s over 50,000 miles.
